    Shipping Procedure

    Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, indicating that we’ve begun processing your order. Processing typically takes 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday). After processing, your order will be dispatched, and you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

    Shipping time is around 5-7 working days (Monday to Friday).

    We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within Australia.

    Delays

    If your order is late, please be patient. Delays are usually caused by factors beyond our control - weather, holidays, etc. If 3 business days have passed since the maximum delivery time and your order still has not arrived, please contact us.

    Order Cancellation

    You can cancel an order before it is processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. 

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If your shipment has arrived differently or has been damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Send a photo of the problem and your order number along with the information. We will investigate the problem and arrange a replacement if necessary.
